Fantasy in a cave is a 32cm x 20cm (12.6 x 7.9 in) small acrylic painting on board.
A few hours ago I began to paint a still life but my fantasy has made a (slight) deviation from the subject and this is what I ended up with.
It is just a fantasy, I see it as cave scene.

I can't imagine being able to paint like that in hours. Ohmigosh, that's so awesome.
The soft colors are beautiful. It is reminiscent of a cave, the smoothness of the shapes makes them look as though they were worn away by water and time.
Deliciously ethereal! It's stunning.
Its just beautiful! And sort of tactile looking too- if you see what I mean.
I like that very much. it seems like something out of a dream, or maybe a hidden cave in neverland.
Wonderful! Beautiful art!And beautiful blog!
Very interesting painting, I love the control you have over light. Interesting how art work somtimes deviates from what you thought you started with and leads you some other very interesting place!
You got to go with the artistic flow :-)

It looks like a cave to me too - with a small waterfall on the left from a spring up above, and water running around the stones on the bottom and out the opening on the right, and down, down, down the very high cliff..and into the lake where the tribal people drink the pure water. What? You don't see that?
Very nicely done. I like the mix of soft colors to make the scene. I have just got to pick up my acrylics again!
